Helpdesk Response Targets
TRL has set target levels of service for responding to the helpdesk. It is intended that all helpdesk queries receive a notification within 3 days that the query is being investigated. A helpdesk logging system has been adopted to help ensure this target is achieved.
During our last monitor check on 9th March 2009, TRL is pleased to announce that this target was being met.
